Implementation Scoped

The per-matter rate falls as you move up tiers. Implementation is a one-off fee at onboarding covering firm-template setup, rule configuration and team training.

The full product. No feature gates between tiers.

We don't lock features behind higher tiers. Tier choice is about matter volume, not capability. Every firm gets the full rules engine, full benchmarking, full audit trail.

Pricing FAQ.

How is a matter counted?
A matter is one unique conveyancing file you create in Deed: a single property, one or more documents, one advice letter cycle. Re-running analysis on the same matter (e.g. after a variation) does not count as a new matter.
What happens if we go over the included matters?
You're billed the tier overage rate for each extra matter, on the same monthly invoice. There is no hard cap and no service interruption. If you consistently exceed the next tier's included volume, we will recommend moving up.
What does the implementation fee cover?
Upload and validation of your firm letterhead and advice-letter template, firm-rule configuration workshops (suppress / modify / add rules), live training for your team, and a benchmark run against one of your recent matters so you can see Deed's output before go-live.
Is there a minimum contract term?
No fixed minimum. We invoice monthly with 30 days' notice to cancel. Annual prepay is available. Talk to us if that suits.
Do you offer a free trial or pilot?
Yes. The Trial tier lets your firm run up to 2 matters a week through the full product with no platform fee. If you would rather have a guided evaluation, a paid pilot is also available: we run 10 of your recent matters through Deed and walk you through, line by line, where it agreed and disagreed with your senior solicitor. The pilot fee starts at A$2,500 and is credited against your first three months on any tier.
Is the buyers-agent first-pass review a separate product?
Yes. It's a per-contract paid review for buyers agents and their clients, priced at $60 per contract. It does not count against your firm's matter allowance and is billed separately.
Where is our data hosted?
Australian-resident infrastructure (Sydney region). Source files and letterhead templates are encrypted at rest. Each firm's data is isolated at the database level.
Do you charge per seat?
No. Tiers are per-firm and include unlimited users for your team. Add users as you hire them.
